Mindful & Co Kids was founded by Jacqueline Yeats, a psychology PhD, youth counselor, and mother. Through her clinical and teaching experience, she discovered that while children learn math, science, and geography at school, very few are taught how to listen to their inner voice or how to stay calm and grounded when emotions arise.
The Mindful & Co Kids team of psychologists created a range of fun and educational games and tools designed to help children learn about mental and emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, yoga, and the benefits of the brand’s therapeutic Five Senses dolls—all through joyful, engaging activities.
Jacqueline deeply understands the importance of mindfulness education. Her mission is to help parents and teachers introduce mindfulness and self-awareness into children’s daily lives in simple and enjoyable ways. The heart of the brand is this belief:
