Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping at www.fantaskid.com. We will do our absolute best to ensure you a good experience, and we hope you are happy with your purchase.

 

If you wish to return an item, the return must happen within 30 days after the purchase. You are obliged to return the item in the same condition as received as well as in undamaged packaging. Except for defected products, the cost related to the return will be on your expense.

Please note:

1. returns and refunds will not be processed if:

- Items are returned without prior request for return

- Request is sent in after the 30-day appreciation period.

- Return product has been used or damaged.

Shipping Fees

The return shipping fees are to be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to damaged or defected products, or due to Fantaskid’s wrong doing. In other words, Fantaskid will cover all incurred shipping fees if Fantaskid is responsible for the reason behind the return.

Damaged or Defected

Please check the goods when you receive the package, it is recommended to record the unpacking when you receive the package, if the goods are defective, damaged or received the wrong one, please contact us immediately after taking a photo or video, so that we can evaluate the problem and instruct you the return process. The date of receipt of the product counts as the first day of the 30-Day appreciation period. If we do not receive your return request during the appreciation period, or if the request is submitted after the appreciation period, it will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

Gift cards, event discounted products are not accepted for return.

Exchange

As exchanges of any products might be a bit complicated dealing with pricing differences, therefore we generally would process it as a return and refund you the full amount with shipping, then have you place the items you need as a new order. This way things are clear and less complex.

Refund

We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and will notify you by email if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded the original payment method within 7 days after we receive the returned item. Please understand that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display chargeback information.
