Pre-Order Terms

Pre-order items are items not in stock. Please expect to wait for 1 to 2 weeks or until the specified estimated arrival date.

Please read the following pre-order terms before placing an order:

1. Pre-orders require payment at checkout.
2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
3. Arrival dates are not guaranteed as they are estimated arrival dates. May be altered due to custom clearance issues.
4. Do not place an order if you cannot wait or need the items urgently.
5. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped as soon as all pre-order items are available.
6. If for any reason Pre-order items can not be delivered, we will notify you for a refund or replacement.
7. Once you place an order with us, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.
