  • Standard Shipping: NT$100 (Arrive in 1-3 Days)
  • Standard Shipping for Outer Islands : NT$120 Including: Penghu, Matsu, Xiaoliuqiu, Green Island, Lanyu, Kinmen (Arrive in 2-5 Days)

 

International Shipments:

Countries Including: Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam

Shipping Methods:

  • SF Express - shipping to be paid by recipient upon arrival (Arrive in 2-4 Days)
  • International Standard Shipping: NT$400 (Arrive in 5-10 Days)

Shipping Remarks:

  • Be sure to double check all shipping and contact information provided are accurate.
  • Once your order is shipped, a notification email will be sent to you.
  • If the recipient cannot be reached during a delivery (after a few attempts) or if the package is not picked up from the assigned convenient store in time before pick-up expiration, the package will be returned to the logistics center or returned to our store. Another shipment may be arranged with additional shipping charges.
  • If the shipment fails to complete and is returned to us, the order will be cancelled automatically, and the balance of the order will be refunded in forms of store credits after deduction of the incurred shipping fees. In addition, return goods will not be reserved for any reason.
